Hiring process

How the interviews work

Five steps, each with a purpose announced in advance. You always know where you stand.

  1. Step 1 Introductory call 20 to 30 minutes to introduce Wizville and the role, and hear what you are looking for.
  2. Step 2 "Who" interview 45 to 60 minutes to get to know you better: your background, your achievements, the way you work.
  3. Step 3 Case study 1 to 2 hours: preparation, then a debrief of a case close to what you would do with us.
  4. Step 4 References and a conversation with the CEO 30 minutes with our CEO, plus reference checks on your side as well as ours.
  5. Step 5 "Ask Me Anything" 30 minutes with a team member to ask any question you like, including the ones people don't dare to ask.
