WizAI connects 360 measurement, public reviews, verified reviews and competitor benchmarking, delivers briefs to the store manager and regional director, and makes your brand visible to AI engines.

Every day, your customers reveal what works and what needs to improve in your locations. But turning that feedback into decisions takes time: analysing it, choosing the priorities that will have the most impact and preparing the actions. Teams still have to do all this work before they can act.

Since 2012, WizVille has been helping networks turn satisfaction into a performance lever. In 2022, Smart Customer Satisfaction Management brought satisfaction, sales and competitiveness together to identify the improvements that matter most.

Today, WizVille is changing its model: we are moving from software that teams use to analyse customer feedback to a service that, thanks to AI, determines which analyses are useful, carries them out and delivers recommendations for action.

WizAI is an AI collaborator that takes the initiative: it analyses feedback, surfaces priorities and prepares recommendations without waiting to be asked. Satisfaction management carries on even when no one is using the platform.

We champion a new approach to customer satisfaction management: an all-in-one agentic platform where 360 customer experience measurement, public review management, verified review distribution and competitor benchmarking all feed a single AI system. This agentic management has one ambition: to help every location attract, convert and retain customers.

An example: customers report a lack of advice in several stores. WizAI gathers the relevant feedback and prepares recommendations for each level: a team brief for the local manager, the locations to support for the regional director, and a summary of shared needs for head office. Best practices identified elsewhere in the network can also feed into the suggested actions.

With GEO, this ambition extends to visibility in AI engines, whose answers draw on the experiences customers share. That is why we have evolved Trustville to make verified reviews more accessible and usable by these engines. Learn more about Trustville.

This work relies on specialised agents, an active memory and custom skills. The memory keeps the useful context so nothing has to be explained twice; the skills apply the business rules, priority criteria and formats specific to each brand. Teams keep the final decision and stay in control of the actions.

This change of model comes with the official launch of five major new features:

  • AI verbatim follow-up, to dig deeper into comments with tailored follow-up questions.
  • Autonomous semantic classification plans, to surface the most specific topics in customer comments without having to build a classification plan by hand.
  • The business policy and level-based action recommendation agent, to tailor suggestions to the brand's rules and to each person's responsibilities.
  • The WizAI conversational agent, to explore data and dig deeper into analyses in natural language.
  • The MCP, to query WizVille data directly from a compatible AI assistant: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…

Five major new features: AI verbatim follow-up, classification plan, business policies, conversational agent and the MCP, connected to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot

Discover all these new features on 5 November 2026 at 11:00 (Paris time) at our Product Show, presented in French by Timothée de Laitre, CEO of WizVille.
